At BGRemovee (a service provided by Nagyan Technologies), we believe privacy should be an architectural guarantee rather than just a legal promise. This Privacy Policy explains how our tool operates and how your information is handled.

1. Your Images and Media (Zero-Upload Architecture)

We never collect, upload, view, or store your photos or images.

BGRemovee is built using client-side WebAssembly (WASM). When you select or drag an image into the tool:

• The image file remains entirely inside your device's browser memory (RAM).
• The neural network model is downloaded to your browser and executes locally on your device's hardware.
• Zero bytes of your image data are sent to our servers, any cloud storage providers, or any third-party APIs.
• When you close the browser tab or click "Upload Another Image", the temporary image data in RAM is discarded immediately.

2. No User Accounts or Personal Data

BGRemovee does not require user registration. We do not collect:

• Names, usernames, or passwords.
• Email addresses or phone numbers.
• Payment or billing details (the tool is completely free).

3. Web Hosting, Server Logs & Technical Requests

Our static website assets (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and compiled WASM models) are hosted on standard web servers. When you visit the site, your browser requests these static files. Standard web server logs may temporarily record basic technical connection metadata, including:

• Your IP address and User-Agent string.
• The date and time of the static file request.
• HTTP response codes and bandwidth metrics.

These logs are standard server operations used solely to maintain uptime, prevent DDoS attacks, and diagnose infrastructure health. They never contain your image data.

4. Advertising and Analytics Disclosures

To keep this tool free and accessible to all users worldwide without subscriptions, we may display standard third-party display advertisements (such as Google AdSense or similar ethical ad networks).

Third-party ad networks and analytics providers may use standard HTTP cookies or web beacons to measure ad impressions and serve relevant advertising based on your general browsing history. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings or by using browser extensions.

5. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect personal information or store user files, our service poses zero risk of harvesting children's data. We do not knowingly solicit any personal data from children under the age of 13.
