Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using BGRemovee, a free browser-based background removal service provided by Nagyan Technologies. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

BGRemovee is a browser-based AI background removal tool. All image processing is performed entirely within your local browser using WebAssembly. No image data is ever uploaded to our servers. The service is provided free of charge and does not require user registration.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BGRemovee only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to process, create, or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
• Depicts individuals in a non-consensual manner, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
• Is used to create deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent media (deepfakes intended to deceive).
• Constitutes harassment, abuse, or hate speech targeting any individual or group.

3. Intellectual Property

Your Images: You retain full ownership and all rights to any images you process using BGRemovee. We claim no rights whatsoever over your content.

Our Platform: The BGRemovee website, source code, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Nagyan Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party AI Models: The background removal AI models are used subject to their respective open-source licences. Nothing in these Terms grants you additional rights beyond what those licences permit.

4. Advertising Disclosure

BGRemovee is provided free of charge. To sustain this service, we may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar ethical advertising networks. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• Third-party advertising networks may use cookies or web beacons to serve interest-based advertisements based on your general browsing history.
• Your images are never shared with advertisers or ad networks under any circumstances.

You may opt out of interest-based advertising at any time:

5. Privacy

Your use of BGRemovee is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your images are never stored on or transmitted to our servers.

BGRemovee is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nagyan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Service Changes

Nagyan Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue BGRemovee at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

The service may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for your convenience only. Nagyan Technologies has no control over those sites and accepts no responsibility or liability for them.
